VCC Members qualify for Senior Provincials
VCC would like to congratulate our current and former members for winning their spot in the Senior Men's Provincials at the Deer Lodge in February. Barry Doole and Clayton Wood won their spot with the Gil Van Daele rink out of Brandon, with a win over Dale Brooks of Hamiota. Family Fun Bonspiel a success
Thanks to all the curlers who came out for the Family Fun Bonspiel this weekend, great to see all the smiles on the new curler's faces tossing rocks and sliding around! Congrats to Steve Warkentin rink for coming out on top!
VCC Members Victorious..
The curling club had a great day yesterday! Congratulations to 2 local teams for their victories! Sandy Ritchie and his rink of Doug Armour, Dale Brooks, and Bill Scott won their Masters provincial spot and will now move on as a top seed at the provincials in Carman in the new year. Also, Murray Jorgensen and his rink of Murray Davies, Jeff Jorgensen and Jason Lewis defended their Northern League title against Ken Burnett in Hamiota last night. Congrats guys!
